Support is provided remotely via telephone or remote access software. Services are provided on a best-effort basis. While we strive to resolve all issues, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed due to the complexity of technology.
Support services are billed as agreed upon prior to service delivery. Charges may apply for diagnosis, repair, or subscription services. Refund requests are reviewed individually; satisfaction is our priority, but validly performed diagnostic services are generally non-refundable.
You agree to provide accurate information and full access to the device for troubleshooting. You acknowledge that you have backed up important data before allowing remote access.
Cyber Defense Solutions shall not be liable for any data loss, hardware failure, or consequential damages resulting from the services provided, except where required by law.
